1. HEAD OF DEVELOPER MARKETING

Vaticle Inc. / Dec 2022 - Apr 2023

By enhancing our content strategy, I managed to increase our blog post output from 2 per month to 10. Additionally, I played a crucial role in expanding our Slack community, growing its membership from 8,000 to 12,000. I also led the branding efforts and developed the go-to-market messaging and strategy for TypeDB.com, significantly strengthening its position in the market.

3. HEAD OF DEVELOPER CONTENT & PRODUCT MARKETING

Consulting - QuestDB, Fossa, Ankr, Near.org / Oct 2019 - May 2022

I spearheaded marketing at Hack-VC.com's portfolio companies, establishing a content strategy, revamping websites for enterprise clients, and enhancing product marketing. I created over 100 tutorials, initiated a community newsletter and webinar series, and applied SEO best practices to increase organic traffic. Additionally, I crafted branding and messaging for product pages and focused on developer marketing campaigns to strengthen our market position.

5. DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPER CONTENT

Pluralsight.com / Jun 2015 - May 2018

I spearheaded the development of Pluralsight.com/guides, driving it from its inception through to launch and scaling it to 1 million page views, with 80% of traffic coming organically. I led a global team of technical authors to produce over 200 high-quality tutorials for developers. Additionally, I crafted boardroom presentations and sales documentation to support our growth and outreach efforts.

2. HEAD OF DEVELOPER MARKETING

MinIO.com / May 2022 - Dec 2022

Over a six-month span, I produced more than 40 videos for our YouTube channel @MinIO, increased blog post frequency from 4 to 18 per month, expanded our Slack community by 6,000 members, reaching 22k, and led partner marketing and PR efforts for our achievement of 1 billion Docker pulls.

4. DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPER CONTENT

Pusher.com / Jun 2018 - Oct 2019

I boosted our organic views from 72k to 500k per month, collaborated with community authors to produce over 200 technical tutorials, and achieved 6k organic signups monthly through this content. Our organic content contributed to 40% of customer acquisitions. Additionally, I led the launch of 2 products, including their go-to-market strategies, demos, and sales documentation, further establishing our brand's market presence.

6. HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Airpair.com / Mar 2014 - Jun 2015

I oversaw the daily operations of a developer-on-demand marketplace, leading to the hiring of over 10 full-time employees. I successfully increased the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from $5k to $50k and built and managed a global community of 2,000 developers. Additionally, I was in charge of field marketing, representing the marketplace at various industry meetups and conferences.
